Café Ineko

Café Ineko

13 Rue des Gravilliers, 75003 Paris

On a cold day in the Marais, Café Ineko surprisingly welcomed me in for a latté. I say, “surprisingly” because normally, they would be jam-packed, had it not been for the snow. Nevertheless, I could hear for myself from all the compliments by customers, that this place knows it stuff when it comes to vegan food! So for all you vegans and even us non-vegans just looking for a nice setting and a café, a stop by here is a must!

Marie Denise

Marie Denise

16 Avenue Gambetta, 75020 Paris

This weekend, I ventured into unknown territory: the 20th arrondissement of Paris. Long behold, beside what I thought was the entrance to Père Lachaise (but wasn’t!), my eyes caught sight of this adorable pretty in pink café/salon de thé that became our blessing in disguise! Marie Denise is a cute little joint where you can drink some tea like granny and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Aloha Café

Aloha Café

32 rue Pierre Fontaine 75009 Paris

From the moment I saw this Hawaiian themed café and their Instagram account, I knew I wanted to check it out! From the bright and fresh décor (not shortage of pineapples or monsteras here!) to the homey, cosy feel, this is a great place to meet with friends and catch up!

Fringe

Fringe

106 Rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris

Fringe was the perfect spot for a calm day of bullet journaling. It’s got the simple Swedish style on the inside. The cloud-like lights that ironically bring you back down to earth. The coffee itself is top notch! They even have guest espressos that allow you to try something new!

Cantine qualitarienne… en fin, c’est quoi?

Matamata Coffee

Matamata Coffee

58 Rue d’Argout, 75002 Paris

I had heard good things about this café in the trendy 2ème arrondissement of Paris! I can confirm that this is, in fact, a really nice café that’s not too big, not too small but just right!

5 pailles

5 pailles

79 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis 75010 Paris

A small café hidden away in the nook of street that may not scream, “Amazing cafés here!” but I can assure you, there’s more to this café than meets the eye! (psst… there’s more room in the back, it isn’t just that bar table in the front!)

Merci

Merci

111 Boulevard Beaumarchais 75003 Paris

The iconic red car is the symbol of Merci! it’s one of those everything type of stores: it has a used-book café, a department store that’s current theme is Paris (= great place to buy not-your-regular souvenirs and more!) and more!

Shakespeare and Company café

Shakespeare and Company café

37 rue de la Bûcherie 75005 Paris

This bookstore is one of my favourite places to visit when I’m in the Quartier Latin of Paris. So when they decided to open up a café right beside it, I was more than thrilled!

Braun Notes Coffee

Braun Notes Coffee

31-33 Rue de Mogador, 75009 Paris

Tucked away in the hustle and bustle of the Trinité church area, lies a small but rustic feeling café waiting for you to visit!
